We have had Scott under surveillance for some time now, after a member of staff reported a high number of anti-estabilshment comments and an over active desire to rule the world. We have established that the subject is of a gamma 5 personality but exhibits a number of unusual characteristics. He is tolerated at present by his peers though he seems to be actively engaging in testing them, possibly as a form of threat analysis. He has been known to act in a non-standard manner frequently and is very difficult to predict. This coupled with his domineering personality presents him as very dangerous subject. The subject has frequent mental stance changes, insulting and obnoxious one moment to repentant and almost begging of forgiveness the next. We suspect he is practising these quick and easily managed changes of manner in order that they may be later used to infiltrate and gain power within organisations of power and influence.
He makes little attempt to hide his desire to rule the known world, but in doing so disguises the truth hidden behind these seemingly humorous remarks. He has already began to gather a number of like minded individuals around himself (see cross ref. "The Council" 988/A) and is making moves to extend his influence into many aspects of school life. His recent organising of the Weakest Link quiz was his greatest achievement to date, amassing such a large number of people in one place and planting subconscious messages in their minds using the lighting was pure evil genius. Over a hundred persons are now known to be harbouring a desire to bow down and praise him.
I am advising a stepped up level of surveillance to be implemented with a view to extracting the subject for questioning and hypno-treatment. I fear though that the subject may already be aware that he is being watched and will have prepared for any actions we may take. The Establishment must ensure that this high level threat is eliminated soon.
